Is Rope Swinging Safe?

We’ve spent over a decade learning the ropes, refining our skills, and developing the experience needed to deliver an unforgettable adventure.

Our team brings extreme sports experience to every jump, backed by full-body harnesses, specialized equipment, and professional rigging systems. Equipment inspections and proper maintenance are part of preparing for every send.

Rope swinging is an extreme activity. Our team takes preparation seriously and will walk you through the process before your jump.

You bring the courage. We bring the experience and the gear.

What To Bring

You’re headed to the desert…

Southern Utah is beautiful, rugged, and seriously sunny. Come prepared to spend time outdoors so you can focus on the experience instead of wishing you’d packed better.

Your adventure-day checklist:

  • Water: Bring enough to stay hydrated throughout your experience.

  • Snacks: Pack something to keep your energy up.

  • Sun protection: Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are your desert-day essentials.

  • Weather-ready layers: Check the forecast and prepare for the conditions.

  • A backpack: Keep your essentials organized and your hands free.

Show up prepared. Keep your energy up. Keep cool and nourished!

Weight Limit

The maximum participant weight is 250 pounds.

This limit is part of the requirements for the swing system and participant equipment.

If you have questions about whether you meet the requirements, contact us before booking so you can get the information you need.

Don’t take it personally. It’s physics.

What To Wear

DRESS LIKE A LEGEND

This is an outdoor adventure, not a runway. Choose sturdy hiking shoes with solid traction and comfortable clothes you can move in. Check the weather before heading out, and dress for the conditions.

Leave the flip-flops for the pool. Bring footwear that can keep up with you.

Dress for the adventure. Save the fashion show for another day.

Age Limit

There’s no specific age cutoff! We’ve seen brave adventurers as young as 4 or 5 years old take the leap, and we’ve had some OGs prove that adventure has no expiration date.

The key is being able to fit safely in the harness and jump independently. Every participant must meet the safety requirements, and a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for anyone under 18.

You’re never too young or too OG to bring the adventure.

What Happens If I Don’t Jump?

The anticipation can hit differently when you’re standing at the edge. Feeling nervous is completely normal.

Our guides will be there to support and encourage you, and you’ll have up to three chances to take the leap.

We want you to have the opportunity to go for it while keeping the schedule moving for everyone waiting for their turn. If you decide not to jump after your attempts, or your time runs out, we’ll need to move on.

Just bring your courage! We’ll be right there with you.

Refund and Cancellations

Plans can change. We get it. Here’s what to know before you lock in your jump.

Because spaces are limited, cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled jump qualify for a refund, minus a $30 booking fee per guest.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled jump and no-shows are non-refundable.

If Zion Swingers has to cancel because of weather or safety concerns, you’ll receive a full refund.

Know the policy before you book, and you’re all set.

Different Swing Locations?

We have multiple locations permitted with the BLM office. We will keep primarily Two Sites operating per month!

BLM stipulations require that we move between locations every 2 weeks and our booking calendar will reflect that.

This also adds to the adventure of being able to jump multiple spots, different views, different experiences! Join us for them all!
